By accessing or using this Site, creating an account, purchasing services, or accessing the client portal, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

The Site is an ecommerce platform providing financial coaching, debt management guidance, credit assessment, credit education, and other financial-related consulting services. Certain services require the creation of a client account and access to a client portal.

All content published and made available on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, documents, downloadable files, and site layout, is the exclusive property of The Elite Solutions and Services LLC and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. No content may be reproduced or used without prior written consent.
Acceptable Use
Users agree to use the Site and client portal lawfully and not to engage in fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, or unauthorized activities, including attempts to access restricted systems or interfere with Site functionality.

Accounts and Client Responsibilities

Client Portal Use
Client portal access is provided exclusively to active clients with accounts in good standing. Portal access does not guarantee real-time communication, immediate responses, or unlimited support unless explicitly stated in a separate agreement.
Portal access may be limited, suspended, or revoked due to non-payment, misuse, or policy violations.
Sale of Services
Services offered through the Site include financial coaching, debt management guidance, credit assessment, credit education, and other financial-related consulting services. The scope and limitations of services are defined by your selected plan or applicable client agreement.
Service Structure
Our services are provided through scheduled sessions and structured guidance. We do not offer “quick fix” or one time credit repair solutions. Long-term results are based on consistency, discipline, and client participation.
Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA) Compliance
The Elite Solutions and Services LLC provides financial education, coaching, and consulting services related to credit and financial structure.
We do not operate as a credit repair organization that guarantees the removal of negative information, credit score increases, or specific financial outcomes.
To the extent of our services fall within the score of the Credit Repair Organizations Act (15 U.S.C. § 1679 et seq.) we comply with all applicable federal and state laws.
- We may provide guidance, education, and general assistance to understanding credit reports and dispute process; however:
- We do not directly alter, remove, or control information reported by credit bureaus.
- We do not make guarantees regarding credit outcomes
Clients remain ultimately responsible for all decisions related to their credit and financial matters.
While we may provide guidance, education, document perparation, and administrative assicatince, including assisting with communications to credit reporting agencies or creditors when authorized, we do not control the outcome of and dispute, investigation, or credit reporting process.
All results are determined by third-party entities including credit bureaus and creditors, and are based on their independent review and policies.
Clients are responsible for ensuring that all information provided is accurate and complete, and for reviewing and approving any actions taken on their behalf.
Required Client Agreements and Disclosures
Prior to the initiation of any financial-related consulting services, including credit education and document preparation where applicable, clients are required to review, acknowledge, and sign all applicable agreements and disclosures, including but not limited to:
- Financial Services Agreement
- Authorization for Credit Repair Action (when applicable)
- Consumer Credit File Rights Disclosure (as required under the Credit Repair Organizations Act)
- Right of Cancellation Notice
Clients have the right to cancel any agreement subject to CROA within three (3) business days of signing, without penalty or obligation. These documents are provided separately from these Terms and Conditions and govern the specific scope and limitations of services provided.
Fees, Payments, and Billing
Fees are outlined in your service agreement or subscription plan. By submitting payment information, you authorize The Elite Solutions and Services LLC to charge applicable fees to your selected payment method.
Failure to maintain current payment status may result in suspension of services and portal access.
Accepted Payment Methods and Authorization
We accept the following payment methods on our Site:

- Debit Card
By providing payment information, you authorize The Elite Solutions and Services LLC to use and access the selected payment instrument and to charge applicable fees in accordance with your selected services or subscription.
We reserve the right to cancel, reverse, or refuse any transaction believed to violate applicable law or these Terms.
Subscriptions and Cancellation
Subscriptions automatically renew on a recurring billing basis unless properly canceled. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to support@tesands.com at least seven (7) days prior to the next billing date.
Fees are non-refundable once a billing cycle begins. No prorated refunds are provided for partial use, unused services, or missed sessions.
Refund Policy
All services rendered, including consultations, coaching, document preparation, and administrative work, are non-refundable once performed. Refunds, if any, are issued solely at our discretion for unused services where applicable.
Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
By purchasing services, you agree to contact us directly to resolve any billing issues prior to initiating a chargeback or dispute with your financial institution.
Unauthorized chargebacks may be considered a violation of theses Terms and may result in suspension or termination of services.
Third-Party Services and Platforms
The Site and client portal may rely on third-party software, tools, or platforms to provide certain features or data. These services operate independently, and we are not responsible for service interruptions, data inaccuracies, or failures caused by third-party platforms.
Use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.
Consumer Protection Rights
Where applicable consumer protection laws cannot be excluded, your statutory rights remain intact. Mandatory legal provisions prevail in the event of a conflict.
Limitation of Liability
